What a Trip!

Day 1! First headed out to Solvang on Saturday morning, (which I went the week before with the fam!) to walk around for an hour and grab something to eat. Hearst Castle was our next stop, it was amazing! Pools are huge, everything was huge! I felt so tiny, it’s so ancient I was afraid it would just crumble down. It’s beautiful, wish the tour for the castle was longer, the man said because of the budget cuts, from an hour and a half to only 45 minutes, what a shame! I missed out on a lot! And it was my first time seeing a deer on the loose at their little farm. At the end of the night we checked in at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Jose, looking forward to going to the Jacuzzi that night but turns out, it was broken!

Day 2! We finally headed to San Francisco, went to the swiggly Lombard Street, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Palace of Fine Art, Chinatown (AHHHH! A digusting old chinese man was taking a dump on the streets, not in the alley but in the street in between parked cars, where everyone was walking! Yuck. And also bought the best eggtarts there! And bought an I heart SF hoodie! ehhe) and then Fisherman’s Wharf. We started to meet up with Mike’s sister, Sophia, her husband, Jona and their lovely little daughter! I have to say, she loves me :D We spent the day going to Union Square, for their 4 story Forever 21, and other stores! Woot, but I came out empty handed :( And for dinner, we went to Kome Buffet. It was pretty damn good, but I did eat way too much of Mango Mousse.. I got sick of it, I ate like 9 little dishes! Sophia wouldn’t stop getting them for me :( haha. Soon after, we went back to their house to rest for a bit, had fun with little Maddy, she’s so cute! We headed back to the hotel early around 10 because it’s an hour drive them, well basically two hours now since they have to go home tooo!

Day 3! Ohmygah, woke up at 4 am. Went Yosemite National Park, it was insane. I’ve never gotten so close to a water fall before. It was just simply beaaaaaaaautiful! :O Took lots of pictures, it was a mission to even cross the river to get to the other side. So tired, fell asleep so many times in the bus, didn’t know where we were, until we asked a shirtless man at INnOUT that we are in Fresno, at 100 degrees, ugh. lol And now I am back home, missing out on Sophia and Jona fantastic view of the city on their rooftop on July 4th. To think about it, I want to go back to San Fran for their weather, even though it’s chilly, it beats LA’s hot weather!

I want to go back soon!
